No Such Luck

We’ve just survived St. Patrick’s Day, an event based on a celebration of being lucky, but business is not based on luck. You see, while I’m busy working on my next blog post (how’s it going?), or trying to figure out how to improve my ad conversion, I am also staying focused on the end goals and working to attain those goals.

I’m convinced more than ever that in order to run a successful business, you need to maintain goals and plans made ahead of time. The old saying, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail” is SO TRUE! If you were lucky and got a little bit of luck with you in this last quarter, that’s great but don’t get comfortable or assume it will continue.

So are you are sitting at a pub drinking a Guinness thinking about how you started your business and the last quarter flew by. You feel like you are losing traction and not getting closer to the success you want for your business. Lets refocus and jump back in, let me know if you need some support.
